11/25 Chung Yi Outing
On Sunday, 11/25, we held our third Chung Yi outing of the semester. Both members and children alike were eager to enjoy the sunny day at a nearby playground, one that our members had never visited before. Our members guided the children on the playground’s spider-web, went down the slides together, blew bubbles together, and rallied with mini soccer balls. Then, in the (early) spirit of Christmas, we had a craft activity where children assembled their own Christmas trees and

11/8 Cathwel Boys Outing
On 11/8, we teamed up with our very own FRC robotics team to teach robotics to the boys of the Cathwel orphanage! From hands-on building to interactive demos, the kids jumped in with curiosity and excitement. It was really fun to see our members and the FRC team guiding and teaching the Cathwel boys. We are really grateful for the team to be able to share their knowledge and passion with the Cathwel community. We are looking forward to more meaningful and memorable outings ne

Sunshine in Our Hearts: 9/21 Chung Yi Outing
In our first outing of the semester, returning and new members arrived early, enthusiastic to rekindle friendships with the children they had been paired with last year or make a brand new connection. Fortunately, it wasn’t raining outside, and our members were able to take the children to a nearby park, where they played on the swings, navigated obstacle courses, tried approaching friendly dogs, and sat down to rest together. The children were very active, and our members fo
